I think the Sword Art Online progressive movies are a great addition to the series. They really flesh out the Aincrad arc.
I love Kirito! He is so strong and brave. However, I find that the anime sometimes drags on.
Personally, I like the Alicization arc. I was moved by the deep depiction of friendship with Eugeo and the bond with Asuna.
Please, by all means, watch the movie too!
The fight scenes in SAO are amazing! The animation is top-notch, especially in the later seasons. What are your favorite fights?
SAO is a mixed bag for me. While I enjoy the action and the characters, the plot can be a little predictable at times. Still, it’s entertaining!
I love the SAO anime, but I’ve never played the game. The story is really moving!
